an installed annual capacity of 84,000 MT of ductile
and grey iron, Nelcast is the largest ductile iron producer

CAD/CAM facilities and computerized systems which enable
higher productivity and precision. The Kunkel Wagner
Automatic High Pressure Moulding Line is one of its
strongest leverages.
Development Lead Time
Working toward setting new standards at every turn,
Nelcast’s development team possesses the ability
to develop parts within 8 to 12 weeks which is well
under industry norms. The team at Nelcast is always
